SMART International Property Expo will take place on 10-11 October 2009 at the SUNTEC Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre. The two-day expo will feature a diverse range of attractive property investment opportunities from around the world, with the added benefit of supporting seminars, information and advisory services. The event is thus ideal for providers of residential properties, lifestyle properties, coastal and resort properties, holiday homes, buy-to-let properties, estate developments, and development land and projects.

The Gold Key free business matching service is a free benefit provided by the organizer to help exhibitors find agents/partners to represent their business interests and after-sales services in Singapore and Asia. Overseas property developers can meet with potential local real estate agents and strategic business partners, who have been vetted by the organizers, during the two-day expo in Singapore. The service is designed to maximize our overseas exhibitor’s effectiveness whilst in Singapore.

Companies based in Singapore or Asia who would like to offer their agency services to our overseas developers can become a Gold Key Agent.

How does it work?

1. To register as a Gold Key Agent, please send us an email with your company details, we will send you a application form to complete. There is no cost.
2. Your completed application form will be vetted for suitability, and if successful your details will be listed in our Gold Key Agents database.
3. The list will be given directly to overseas property developers (our exhibitors at the expo), who can choose which agents they wish to meet at the expo.
4. You will be contacted by the organizer with a schedule for 1-1 meetings.
5. All meetings are held in a designated area inside the exhibition hall during the 2-day exhibition.
